Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping costs. Electrical and electronic items are non-returnable. A restock fee of 20% may be applied to the refund. If you purchase the wrong item and reorder a different part # of the same item.....we will waive the restock fee. If the return is a result of our error (you received a different part number than the one you ordered )....we will refund your order shipping costs also.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week after we receive your returned item....normally it takes less time.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Defective Items

Contact us for a return authorization for defective items. The item is returned to the manufacturer for evaluation and then repaired/replaced. If the defective item is returned for a refund within the 30 day period, the item must first be inspected and any modifications (if any) to equipment done by the user must be repaired and billed against the refund amount. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Additional costs such as duties and tariffs (if applicable) are not our responsibility. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Most orders are shipped from warehouses in MN state or VA.  If we don't have an item in stock it will either be drop-shipped from the manufacturer via UPS or shipped when we receive stock. Shipping time estimates are for in-transit only, occasionally there are delays before we can ship, due to stock availability.

Cancel an Order

To cancel an order you must contact us before item is shipped to receive a full refund. Orders that are drop-shipped usually ship same day, therefore we do not guarantee that the order can be cancelled. If item has shipped then you are responsible for the shipping charges plus a re-stock fee (usually 20 percent).
